Resource Library
Our center maintains a library of resource materials available for borrowing at no charge to Delaware students and educators. These materials are available at our office at 200 Academy Street and can be borrowed for a period of two weeks or longer by special arrangement.
Our materials collection includes recently published research-based math and science textbooks including those supported by materials development grants from the National Science Foundation. These include:
- the latest editions of Investigations in Number, Data & Space
- Connected Mathematics Program
- Mathematics in Context
- Core-Plus Mathematics Program
- Interactive Mathematics Program
We also offer a collection of resource volumes such as Adding it Up: Helping Children Learn Mathematics, The Teaching Gap, books on assessment and differentiation as well as volumes from the National Council of Mathematics Yearbook series.
For classroom or even at-home use, we have many varieties of math manipulatives including unifix cubes, polydron manipulatives, algebra tiles and a variety of base-ten materials.
